Meet the Founder

Rev. Vitalis C. Onah

A devoted servant-leader who began ministry in 2007, Rev. Onah carries a burning passion for revival, compassion, and discipleship. His vision for Hope4DLiving was born from years of frontline ministry and a deep conviction that the gospel must touch every dimension of life — spiritual, physical, and social.

He is the founder of The New Covenant Catholic Church (Freedom City) and is happily married with five children — three girls and two boys.

Our Purpose

To preach the good news about redemption through our Lord Jesus Christ.

To train and ordain ministers of the gospel for the purpose of spreading the gospel.

Constitutional Preamble

"We, the members of HOPE 4D LIVING GLOBAL OUTREACH – a not-for-profit and non-political organization – firmly and solemnly resolve to provide for ourselves this constitution and to be governed by its provisions."

Name

The name of the Association is HOPE 4D LIVING GLOBAL OUTREACH.

Address

The registered address of the Association is 2, ECWA Crescent, Off Okulaja Street, Opposite Pedro Police Station, Gbagada, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Common Seal

The Trustees shall maintain a common seal under the custody of the Secretary. All documents executed by the Trustees must carry the seal and required signatures.

Sources of Income

Levies, contributions, freewill donations, and grants remain the primary funding sources for the Association.

Disbursement and Application of Funds

All funds are applied strictly toward the aims and objectives of HOPE 4D LIVING GLOBAL OUTREACH.

Keeping Account

Proper accounts shall be maintained. Bank accounts shall be operated with the Chairman and one Trustee as signatories.

Auditors

Independent qualified auditors are appointed annually to review and certify the financial records, with audited statements filed alongside annual returns to the Corporate Affairs Commission.

Amendment of Constitution

Constitutional changes require a simple majority at a General Meeting and subsequent approval by the Corporate Affairs Commission.

Special Clause

Income and property must solely promote the Association's objectives; no dividends or improper benefits may be paid to members. Reasonable remuneration for services rendered is permitted, and any residual assets upon dissolution must be transferred to similar charitable institutions.

Leadership Structure

Trustees & Governance

Trustees are elected at a General Meeting with a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of members present.

Term & Size

Trustees serve for 5 years with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 15 members.

Vacancy Protocol

Any vacancy triggers a General Meeting to appoint another eligible member as Trustee.

Removal Criteria

A trustee may be removed under the following conditions:

  • 1Resignation from office
  • 2Ceasing to be a registered trustee of the body
  • 3Mental incapacity
  • 4Official declaration of bankruptcy
  • 5Conviction for a criminal offense involving dishonesty
  • 6Removal recommendation by the Board of Governors or Trustees approved by a majority vote at a General Meeting
  • 7Relocation outside Nigeria

Annual General Meeting

Once every year to review vision, finances, and governance decisions.

Quorum: Two-thirds (2/3) of registered members

Executive Committee Meeting

Convened routinely for program oversight and ministry planning.

Quorum: Two-thirds (2/3) of the Executive Committee

Emergency Meeting

Called as needed to respond to urgent ministry or governance matters.

Quorum: Two-thirds (2/3) of the members
